I can't access to the settings of my domain name

    Hello,

    I bought a domain name with wordpress.com and I m using another host for my blog (1&1)

    I would like to manage my domain name, but when I go to ‘Purchase’ to manage my domain name, it is written : ‘You don’t have any WordPress sites yet. Would you like to start one?’

    I logged in wordpress.com with the email adress where I receive notifications from WordPress about this domain name then I think that I am logged into the right account.

    The domain queerparis.com was registered by a different user account than the one you’ve contacted us from here. This is why you don’t find it listed at Manage Purchases.

    I’ve sent an email to the account that registered queerparis.com to help you locate those details. You’ll be able to manage the domain from that account.

    Thank you for this this email, I answered it :) But actually that was the adress I was using and it’s not showing any Purchase or Payments … (Related to queerparis or anything)

    Is it possible that I have 2 accounts linked to one adress email ? And then that I can’t access on one of them (the one with my domain name purchase ?)
