I can't access WordPress as admin

I can access my website as general public but when I try to access it through WordPress as admin, I just receive a weird system error message. This kicked off when I was updating plugins. Once I try to access it as administer, I can’t access as public until I clear my cookies etc. Can someone please help?

This problem is caused by one of the plugins you have installed. Remove all your plugins and try adding them back one by one until you find the one that is causing the problem. If you cannot access your admin dashboard, then you can remove the plugins by access your website rootfiles through the file manager in your hosting control panel. There you should be able to see the plugin folder. Just copy and paste everything out into a different folder and update the rootfiles. Refresh your website and then start putting the plugins back into their original folder ONE by ONE while refreshing your site till you find which plugin is causing the problem.

Thank you for your quick reply. Unfortunately my browser won’t even let me get that far anymore, it now comes up with this…
