  What is the address of the WordPress.com site you are referring to? The site linked to your name http://scousegeneticsseeds.co.uk/ is not hosted at WordPress.com as Timethief explained to you months ago:-

  As I said before that site isn’t hosted here at WordPress.com so staff have no access to it. That was fully explained to you in the link to your earlier thread. You need to carefully read what Timethief said there about how to contact the WordPress.org support forum.

  thank you for your help but i still wouldn’t have a clue i just need to know what platform my site is built on , if you go on my site and register a account with us , in the corner of the page it shows a wordpress symbol and says “themes” but it wont let me access it am completely stuck
