I cant activate excerpts in the fictive theme please help!

  can some one please help me? im trying to activate post excerpts on the fictive theme and i cant get it to work can someone help me i cant do html coding.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there, Fictive doesn’t display excerpts, but you can use the Read More tag instead, which it looks like you already have.

  If you prefer not to have to add the tag to each post, you could choose a theme that displays the excerpt by default, or one that supports Content Options.
