I cant activate the template

    when i need activate one template, i doesn´t work’s, i can´t activate the template on my website

    Site: (email visible only to moderators and staff).
    WP.com: Unknown
    Jetpack: Yes
    Correct account: Yes

    It looks like your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted at Bluehost.
