I can't add a Google Adsense ad to a WordPress site…

  PLEASE HELP!
  I have tried everything! I am trying to put an ad on my blog but it doesn’t work! The link just shows up but with no ad.
  Can someone please give me a step-by-step guide on how to get an ad on adsense?

  you can’t add third party ads or sell ads on your site – AdSense is not allowed – you can apply for WordAds which is a revenue sharing program with WordPress.COM

  Your display ads are also not allowed
