I can't add a plug in

I urgently need to add the plug in ‘page links to’ to my blog http://ministryoffound.com/ but I don’t have the option to add plug ins. Can anyone help me? I need it sorted by tomorrow and can’t seem to find a solution anywhere. thank you, Rachel x

You cannot add plugins to WordPress.com blogs. They are only for WordPress.org. Why don’t you tell us what you’re trying to do and we can figure out how to get it done directly, without the plugin?

I need to redirect a link from here http://ministryoffound.com/extras/ to a new destination.
New destination
find.yell.com/dayv/exclusiveIt’s for a QR code – when scanned people will be sent to my ministryoffound blog but I need them to then be sent straight onto the new destination as we cannot host the content we wanted there.
Is this possible?

Automatic redirection for a single Page or Post can’t be done to my knowledge, visitors must click on a link.
However redirecting to a site because the content can’t be hosted here could be a Terms of Service violation and if so your site could be suspended. Many Affiliate marketing and catalog sites try that and have been suspended.
