i can’t add a theme from my computer

  i downloaded a theme from wordpress.org and i don’t know how to install it. i searched & viewed some tutorials on multiple sites and they have the button “add themes” and i haven’t. in this case how i can upload and install a theme from my pc?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  WordPress.com bloggers can use only the themes you find under
  Appearance —> Themes
