I can't add an admin

  Hi there,

  I have been trying for the last half-hour or so to add an admin to my site (https://batboxes.wordpress.com/) to no avail.

  The online help pages show that there should be an “add new” menu item under “Users” on the site Admin page, but I do not have this (the submenu items I see are All Users, Invite New, My Profile and Personal Settings)

  When I try the “Invite New” options it sends an invite to follow the blog only, and the invitee appears as a follower (not a user).

  There is no way of adding a person listed as a follower as a user, as far as I can see.

  Please help, it’s driving me nuts that I can’t figure it out!
