i can't add any plugins to blissful blog

  i can’t find where to add plugins to my blog. it doesn’t even have the option that says plugins. have been very disappointed that i haven’t been able to accomplish this. i have been stuck for months. :( please help me to be able to add plugins to create a photo gallery page for my photography blog :)

  I’d like to encourage you to search the Support site first (see top of any forum page) before posting in the forums because very often one can find an answer much quicker than having to wait until someone sees your forum post and replies.
