Please i need help, i can’t add to my site plugins the option it’s disabled, i want to add the widget google adsense but it not possible . i can’t add any plugins all it’s disable.

Blogger installed plugin capability does not exist on WordPress.COM blogs and there is no upgrade you can purchase here that changes that reality.
You are confusing WordPress.ORG and WordPress.COM. For that type of functionality you’d need a self-hosted site running on a paid web hosting service.

If you want to hire web host go to http://wordpress.org/hosting and then you can set up your own wordpress.ORG software install. No blogger initiated advertising for driving traffic to third party sites is allowed here on wordpress.COM hosted blogs. PPC is not allowed. Affiliate marketing banners and any and all advertising outside of WordAds at WordPress.com are not allowed.
The only advertising program at WordPress.com is called WordAds and it’s for blogs on their own domains.

Please stop reactivating threads that have already been answered. Every time you do that those subscribed to the thread get a useless email containing your parroted remarks that are not required in the first place.
