Not possibbleto ad my mobile phonenumber in my profile , my country BELGIUM (32) is not in YOUR COUNTRY LIST, i will not add my phone number without BELGIUM +32 !!!???

There are many countries not in the mobile phone account recovery list, like Germany, the United Kingdom and Brazil, to name a few. All that means is that you currently do not have the option of account recovery by having WordPress.com send you an SMS to your mobile phone.
You do have other ways to recover your account. Please see this Support doc for clarification:

Sure, tt. TPTB have been mucking about with the account recovery thing for a while. First they had social media options on our profile pages and apparently it transmuted into an SMS recovery option (for a limited number of countries, so far) under Settings on our WPcom “homepage”.

yes to recover password , so without phonenumber i can never recover login details , that’s very bad !!!???
