  i cant open the tab product data so i cant upload my presets, why?

  That site isn’t connected to WordPress.com.

  For help you’ll want to check out https://wordpress.org/support/

  There’s 2 versions of WordPress. The site mentioned here is using the open source WordPress installation with a separate host. That’s quite different from what we do here at WordPress.com:
