I can’t add my wife as an administrator

  I can’t add my wife as an administrator. When she logs into her account, she is unable to get into mine!

  what did you do to make her an admin?

  did you go through these steps? dashboard -> users -> add user from community

  Yes, I went through the proper steps and made her an admin. Under the “users” area on MY account, it has the “garbly goop” code where her name should be. I found that odd. When she logs in under her own account, she is unable to access mine through the dashboard.

  Delete her from the blog and re add her…
  that might work… :)

  sounds like something’s wrong with the system that only staff with backend access can fix. http://wordpress.com/contact-support/
  please contact the wordpress staff through that link. take note that support is only open on weekdays on certain hours.
