I can’t add new pluin

  I followed this tutorial to create multisite with wordpress to translate my site ( added codes to .htacces and wp-config … before this I deactivated all plugins and now I cant add new plugin and also I have a code message under my footer area which I cant erase I contacted my hosting company they neither can do anything with that . Can you please help me my site is https://www.jakabstore.com/
