I can't add new widget in free WordPress theme. Why?

  I can’t add new widget in free WordPress theme. As example, i want to set up a visitor flag counter ( not hit counter) in my blog but i couldn’t add it. Is there any option?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  If you wish you can also install a Flagcounter in a text widget in your sidebar. Go to the Flag Counter site http://www.flagcounter.com/ to get the code. Go to > Appearance > Widgets and open a text widget then copy and paste the code into it. Lastly, click “save” and “close” in the widget and that’s it. http://en.support.wordpress.com/widgets/text-widget/
