I can't add users to my blog?

  I have tried to add the user: leesiemac [EDIT: email replaced with username] as an editor to my blog. It says that leesiemac has been added as an editor on my blog, but when she logs into her wordpress account, and goes under ‘My Blogs” my proudtobeagirl blog does not show up for her.
