  Sorry to hear that you had trouble adding plugins to your WordPress.com site with the Creator plan. I just checked and found that your site has a number of active plugins. You can see the list of installed plugins by clicking here.

  Could you tell us if you’re still having trouble, and if yes, share some screenshots showing any error messages you’re seeing when trying to install plugins?
