  Hi. First of all, check your dashboard. If you see a very large and obvious warning with a “Click here to contact us as soon as possible” link, use that link to contact staff immediately. This would be between you and WordPress.com and they would not discuss this issue on these forums in public.

  If you don’t see such a warning, try one of these tips first:
