I can't buy unlimited themes

  At the bottom of the Themes page there is a button to buy “unlimited themes”. I clicked on it and it takes me to a page with another button that says “unlimited themes” for $120.00. I click on it and it takes me to the upgrades page and the only place it shows to buy “unlimited themes” is in the upgrade package of the “business upgrade” for $299.00. Why can’t I select just “unlimited themes” for $120.00?

  I finally contacted WP and they had to do it manually. Now when I select a theme as I should have “unlimited” access, it is still asking me to buy it. Why is this so complicated? it seems like it should be very simple.
