  ‘Manage Purchases’ > ‘Cancel and Refund’ or ‘Cancel Private Registration’

  I can’t do either and both of them say to contact support. I would like to cancel the formal registration of the website and just go back to having the domain name like ‘uwimprovclub.wordpress.com’

  I checked your account and saw that the auto renew was done today and charged your card, I have voided this payment, then you will not be charged.

  I disabled the auto renew option, your domain upgrade is valid until Feb 13, you can use until expires, or I can cancel and your site will go back to “uwimprov.wordpress.com”. Let me know what you want to do.
