I cant cancel Migration and my Domain SSL is not being setup

I am new to wp and cannot figure all of this out. I accidentally started a migration a while ago without knowing what happens, but now its stuck migrating with no way to cancel.
Also I tried linking my domain through DNS servers and wordpress has it connected however the SSL is not being setup. The A.I. support says I need human intervention, but my plan doesnt cover human help i guess.

Thank you very much! It seems the SSL has been sorted out, now I am just waiting for the cancelation of my “migration”.

Regarding the migration, when a migration appears stuck like this, it’s usually still running in the background and can’t be cancelled directly from the dashboard.
To help us look into this properly, could you please confirm a couple of things for us:
- Which site are you needing help with?
We can see a site on your account that has a paid plan, but from your message it sounds like the site you’re referring to may be a different one without a paid plan. Sharing the site URL will help us make sure we’re checking the right site. - What direction was the migration going?
- Migrating to WordPress.com from another host, or
- Migrating away from WordPress.com to a different provider
Once we have these details, we can review the migration status and help stop it if it is possible from our end.
