I can't cancel my account and get charged although there is no CC listed

    I logged into my account and under ‘Manage Purchases’ it says ‘You don’t have any word press sites yet’ but I got billed for a domain mapping service (annual fee)

    Under manage ‘credit cards’ there is no card listed but I got automatically charged for the annual fee.

    How can I cancel and why do I have to spend that much time to find out??? It should be easier to cancel an account or there should be a phone number provided.

    Hi there,

    The last charge made to this account was on 12 October, and that upgrade has since been cancelled and the site deleted. There hasn’t been any charges on your account since then.

    What is the domain, the amount of the charge and the date of the transaction?
