I can't cancel my premium theme

  Hello, I’ve purchased the theme Bailey today, but would like to cancel and get a refund. When clicking on “Cancel and Refund” and can’t proceed and just get a blank box. This has not changed since a couple of hours, even after reloading and restarting the browser. Please advise, thank you.
