I can’t cancel my site

It keeps saying I have active purchases, but when I go to ‘manage purchases’ it says that the theme I bought never expires, and therefore I’m unable to cancel it. Please can you cancel it for hime and delete my wordpress account and site content.

Are you referring to a different site to the one listed above? Staff intervention is required to remove a Premium theme. I have added the modlook tag to ask someone to assist you. Please be patient as it is the weekend when less staff are available.

hello. Can You please delete brunobahs.wordpress.com? I’m connceted to WordPress from 2011. It’s sad to say goodbye.
Also once i bought premium theme -blocco. Thats why i can’t delete my account, i guess…Read that i need to ask a help from ar WordPress team.

Sure, I’ve removed the Blocco theme from brunobahs.wordpress.com and you should now be able to delete the site:
It’s worth bearing in mind this process means the address will be unavailable in the future.
