I can't cancel my upgrades?

I wanted to cancel the renewal to an upgrade. Being I don’t use this site anymore, I wanted to cancel the upgrade and get a refund within the 30 days, but it doesn’t show the options to cancel it at all. Help please

It appears as if you were able to cancel your Custom Design renewal. Was this the upgrade to which you were referring?

I took a look at your account, and it actually appears as if you were able to stop the transaction before it went through! The charge does not appear on your statement.
If this doesn’t seem right to you, please let me know. On our end, it shows the transaction was voided before it had time to complete.
This could be a matter-of-time issue, depending on your bank. Would you keep an eye on your bank statement, and I’ll keep an eye on your account here, and if the transaction seems to go through, I’m make certain you’re refunded. However, in the meantime, I’m not seeing any charge to refund!
