I Can't Change Category Names to All Uppercase Letters Because of "Slug." Help?

  I have a free blog on wordpress.com and I recently decided I wanted the names to be in uppercase instead of lower. I was able to change every category to uppercase except for two, which keep telling me “that slug is already in use.” Is there any way I can fix this? I can’t change the category name because it’s specific to a photo challenge, and with every other category in uppercase this is going to look weird. Help, please!!! =)

  And what are the two categories, and do you already have them as tags?

  One of them is Skywatch Friday, and I do have a tag with that same name. I thought changing it to SKYWATCH FRIDAY would be a simple matter, but apparently not, lol.

  The other thing is that I wanted to change my category “VISUAL” to “PHOTOGRAPHY,” but it again told me that slug is in use. I do have a tag with that same name.

  What I don’t understand is that other categories let me do the uppercase even though they had tags with the same name as well. So I’m not sure what’s going on. (And I am a newbie who is still trying to learn.)

  I decided to just delete the tags and that worked.
