i can't change my blog address.

  I tried to change my blog address by following these instructions: http://en.support.wordpress.com/changing-blog-address/ . But the “My Blogs” admin page no longer looks like this and no longer gives the option to Change Blog Address.

  Has anyone else figured out how to do it?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  So what happened is that you clicked on the “My Blogs” that is under the WordPress logo drop-down menu in the upper left hand corner. You need to click on the “My Blogs” link under the “Dashboard” drop-down menu instead.

  Does that make sense?

  I will also see about making the instructions clearer.
