I can't change my blog address or find settings

  Hi,

  I’m trying to change my blog’s URL and I can’t find anywhere that I can do this. Account settings is leading me to an old blog that no longer exists, and I can’t find this under my blog settings.

  I’m new to WordPress but I did follow the instructions in various forums, and I still can’t find the setting to let me change this. The current URL is hoggywartyhogwarts.wordpress.com, but the Web Address shown in my Account Settings is showing me an old blog that I’ve already deleted a while ago.

  Only blog owner can change the blog address. Are you the owner of the blog you are trying to change the name of?
