I can't change my blog title

  There isn’t any spaces between the words in my blog title and I’d like to change that. I’ve read other posts and people are saying go to settings>general but when I go to settings, I can’t find the general button. Please and thanks (:

  You have to be logged in under the exact same username account that registered the blog to access > Settings > General
