I can't change my email address

  I need to change my email address on my account. But it’s not working.

  I go to https://wordpress.com/me/account, enter the new address, and click “Save Account Settings.” The address doesn’t change, despite a claim on the top of the page joyfully announcing “Settings saved successfully!”

  There’s also a message below the unchanged email address which says “There is a pending change of your email to (email visible only to moderators and staff). Please check your inbox for a confirmation link.”

  And yes, I do get the message. And I click the link. And that brings me back to the Accounts Settings page and the whole thing starts over.

  I just checked your account settings and your email was successfully updated the new email address. If you don’t see the new address listed there, you may need to refresh the page or clear your browser’s cache.
