I can't change my featured post

So I have this one post thta won’t leave the top of my page, it’s ‘featured’ but I don’t even know how I did that. I want every new post to be displayed at the top and the first thing people see.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

It seems to be a “feature” of the theme you’re using but it can be changed. See here:-
