I can't change my name server

    Hi there,

    I just transferred my domain (orangecliffrecords.com) to Web Commerce Communications Limited.

    The process of transfer has completed. However, it seems like my domain’s Name Server is still pointing to wordpress and I have no idea how to change it. I followed the instruction shown on the support page yet the option to change Name Server doesn’t exist.

    Could you tell me how to do it?
    Ot it would be better if you could change it for me.
    The new Name Server that i’d like to pointing to is:

    ns1.ardetamedia.com
    ns2.ardetamedia.com
    ns3.ardetamedia.com
    ns4.ardetamedia.com

    Hi there,
    If you have moved the domain registrar to Web Commerce Communications, You should be able to manage the DNS in the DNS manager provided by Web Commerce.
