  when i open apearance i cant find add new ?

  i was download a themes from internet but i cant find the add new link
  so i cant change my themes.

  You are not able to install new themes using the WordPress.com-hosted version of WordPress that is supported here; that is only available on self-hosted sites.

  With that being said, there are still hundreds of themes available for you to choose from on WordPress.com:
