I can’t change one page of my website

Even though you see error messages, are you able to edit the page as you wanted to?
You also mentioned not seeing all recent posts in Chrome or Firefox. What posts are missing there? -
Yes, I can edit the page in Firefox, although many blocks of text and pictures are missing.
The posts which are missing are these I posted since I added the PDF file (around 15 december). Only one title is there (12 janvier….), but the text under it comes from 15 december : PDF file and text block only. After that : nothing ! All I have posted isn’t here.

What I’m trying to understand is if the missing posts were already published, and they still appear on your live site but you don’t see them in the backend; or if these posts were drafts that disappeared.

That’s what I try to explain : with Firefox or Chrome, the missing posts were already published, and they still appear on my live site but not in the editor.
With Safari, they appear on my live site, but blank page in the editor !

Can you please share a link to those posts so I can test them on those three browsers and try to understand what exactly is going on?

I noticed that initially you mentioned that you have an issue with missing posts (more than one) but in your recent reply you’ve only mentioned one single page: Nos activités de l’année
This is the only one with this issue and there are not others that have this same issue?

From the beginning I speak about this page “Nos activités de l’année” on my website “ledbetheny”. My problem was to update this page (where is a PDF file)
Today I’ve also tried to update the page “Le Programme du trimestre” (where there is also a PDF file), and I have the same problem.
I have no problem with the other pages of my site.

Great, thanks for clarifying. I’ve re-read this support request a few times to make sure I fully understand. Let me break down what is going on and how you can best proceed.
Nos activités de l’année
This page has two issues:
- PDF embeds break the editor in Safari.
- The image galleries you created in the old WordPress app have issues that cause them to throw error messages in Chrome and Firefox
To solve this issue, you will need to re-create this page (as a new page) because the galleries that you have there now are created using the old WordPress app using a gallery method we have retired.
If you create a new page with new galleries it will not display the error messages in Chrome or Firefox.
The PDF is a separate issue… you will not be able to edit this page in Safari until we fix the PDF issue, so use Chrome or Firefox instead.
Le Programme du trimestre
This page has one issue:- PDF embeds break the editor in Safari.
You can edit this page in Chrome or Firefox since it does not have the image gallery issue you will not see error messages like you see in Nos activités de l’année.
But as I mention with your other page, you will not be able to edit this page in Safari until we fix the PDF issue, so use Chrome or Firefox instead.
Once the issue with the PDFs is resolved, you will be able to edit in Safari without issue, and we don’t have a timeline for when this will be fixed, but as soon as we have an update we will let you know here.
