I cant change the header

  I am trying to upload a header to my site, and it is saying i cant because of a conflict with security reasons. it is not a dirty banner it just has my site name and a logo. i dont know what is wrong?

  Hi. I see a custom header image on your blog. Is your problem resolved? If not, what’s the extension of the file you are trying to upload?
