I can't change the header image

  • Unknown's avatar

    Hi
i’ve just starte creating the site for my association and I was trying some themes I liked on it.
The first theme i tried was Shoreditch, then I decided that I liked more Lovecraft, so I chose it and started to personalize it.
Unluckily the header image of Shoreditch is stuck there and I doesnt change, even if I tried with different pics both from the ones that are suggested by the theme and both from my pics.
I dont know what to do

    Hi there,

I would suggest you to take a look at the overview of the theme at the following pages: Link below

    Lovecraft supports Custom Header Images

    Login to WordPress.com
    My Sites > Customize
    Header Images > Upload images

    >upload your own custom header image(follow recommended header size). You can upload multiple header image and choose to randomly show one of the uploaded header images on each page load.

For more information on using “Custom Header Image” visit

    Hope this helps!

Hi @prolocoalpe: If an individual page has a featured image set then Shoreditch will display that over the header image. Your site’s home page has a default featured image, which is why you’re not seeing your custom header there.

You can find more information on featured images, including a handy video walkthrough, here:

    Featured Images

    Hope that’s helpful!
