I can't change the theme for my new blog. "Contact customer support."

  I tried to select a different them for the blog I just created. I listed the free one, clicked activate on a theme called “Syntax,” and I get an error activating theme, contact technical support. —
  —
  Also, I can’t post to my new blog. I get the error “Oops! An error occurred while loading.
  User cannot edit posts.” I get this error whether I try to create a post with the button on the top right, or clicking on “blog posts add” after clicking on “My Sites.” I logged out, cleared the cache, logged back in, and I get the same error.

  I already confirmed my e-mail address. I tried logging out, clearing cache, and logging back in.

  I googled and found a direct link to use to get to the dashboard. Things work from there. I can’t get to the dashboard without typing in the URL.
