I can't choose zip file with theme – no "add new" button

  Where is the button to add new theme from zip file?

  i click on “appeareance, theme” but there is no “add new” button to add theme from zip file.

  I’m not sure what site you are referring to, but WordPressdotcom users can use any of the 350+ free and premium themes found on the Theme Showcase https://wordpress.com/themes/ or in their site Dashboard. You can’t upload a 3rd party theme on WordPressdotcom https://en.support.wordpress.com/ftp-access/#uploading-custom-themes

  If you host your own install of the standalone WP software, you can upload 3rd party themes. Here’s more on that: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
