I can't click on an image in a post to view it larger in its own tab, how come?
-
I’m trying to put up a post that includes an image. When I publish the post and go to the live site, I can’t click on the image and have it show up in full size. My cursor doesn’t even change to acknowledge that the image is a link. How can I fix this so the image is clickable like all of my other posts?
Thanks!

There is support thread, where I had seen the same issue but it is not in the post, it is in the sidebar. https://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/how-do-i-add-clickable-images-in-sidebar?replies=7
Well you are asking “in the post” and again you are asking the effect – so for that you need to upgrade the domain by purchasing – https://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/
After you make that – here is the link from which you can make clickable images : alijafarian.com/demos/css-image-zooming-grid/#
