I can't collect all my blog article under the menu voice "Blog"

I can’t collect all my blog articles under the header menu voice “Blog”.
How can I do?
The same is occurring with my newsletters articles: I would like to collect every newsletter article under the header menu voice “newsletter”.
I mean just like Testimonial Archive: I have in the header menu the voice “dicono di me” (=testimonials) that collects all the testimonial posts.

Yes! I think I succeded by following these passages:
first > I applied to chosen blog articles the category “blog” or “newsletter” as needed;
second > I removed the old menu items named “blog” and “newsletter” (created before);
third > I went to…My site >> Themes >> customize >> Menus >> Primary menu >> Add items >>and I selected from the list, under the general item “categories” ( and not “pages” as I made before!), ” +Blog” and “+ newsletter” >>save.
