I can't comment on any blog posts

Hi!
I have a major problem with my WordPress account since this morning. I am unable to comment on any post at all (bloggers I am following and bloggers I am discovering via Reader). I sent an e-mail to Akismet to make sure I am not in the spam list, but I was wondering if that might be something to do with my account or if it is a temporary bug?
I can like all the posts without any problem, but I can’t comment at all, and sometimes I can’t even reply to bloggers’ comment on my own posts.

Exactly what happens when you try to comment?
In order to help you we need to know your specific computing environment details. Please work through what follows and report back.
1. If you are not running one of the browsers and versions listed at http://browsehappy.com/ please try upgrading or switching first.
2. If you are using an IE browser in compatibility mode please disable that mode. http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/internet-explorer/use-compatibility-view
3. If you are running one of the browsers and versions listed at http://browsehappy.com/

5. Try using another browser.

(a) Exactly what kind of device you are using to connect to the internet and to WordPress.com.

I did all the steps but unfortunately it did not work.
a) I am using a Mac OS X version 10.6.8
b) I am using the latest version of Firefox (I checked and my browser and my adobe player are from the latest versions)
c) When I am about to send the comment, it automatically shows up without the notion of : Awaiting moderation. And then when I refresh the posts, my comments all disappear.I did clear the cache, my third-parties cookies enabled
*I have the Java Applet Plug-in on my firefox
My Flash is up to date and I added the two sites under the Security Tab.I also tried to add comments on 2 different computers (one computer and one other laptop) as well as on my Iphone 4S which has the newest WordPress app version and nothing works.

No, never. I just post my comment (like the ones I wrote in my previous answer) and hit the post button. I know some bloggers like to link their own blog URL but I never do that.

Okay. What’s best now is to stop posting until after Staff response so we do not keep moving the timestamps further ahead. :) Doing that means it takes longer to get help. No reply to this is needed.

I’m afraid you’ve already done the only thing which I can recommend, which is post to Akismet. They are the folks who are able to assist with these issues. You will need to sit back and wait for a response from them and they should be able to help.
