I can't comment on others blog posts

    have tried all day today to comment on others blog posts however, none of my comments are populating. The bloggers are not receiving a notification either but if I try to re-post the same exact comment it states that it is a duplicate message that I’ve already tried saying that. I’ve contacted the other bloggers & they are not moderating their comments for approval. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.
