I can’t connect my purchased wordpress hosting

Hi I purchased a domain from domain.com ashleyellemorris.com
I also purchased a wordpress plan. The email used was (email visible only to moderators and staff).I can only access my website by logging in through domain.com. I dont think I have connected my wordpress and I dont know how. Meaning i cant goto wordpress to log into my site and i can’t go to my site and log in. Please help

I don’t see any paid subscriptions under your account and neither under the email you shared.
Are you sure you purchased the plan with WordPress.com? if so, have a look for the transaction ID, as explained here: https://wordpress.com/support/billing-history/#retrieving-a-transaction-id and use it to recover access to the correct account:https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery/
Once you’re there, you’ll be able to map the domain as explained here.
