I can't create a new blog

  I’ve tried every browser I have Chrome, IE, Firefox, they all give the same problem the new blog URL always show checking…

  Tried seek in every support forums, tried clear cache and cookies, tried turn off all anti-virus and anti-malware.

  I just want to create new blog named “phonknow.wordpress.com”

  Do you currently have a blog that has been suspended for violations of the Terms of Service? If so, you won’t be able to register a new one.
