I can't create a site with my account's web address

  I’ve already created a WordPress web address as http://janalast.wordpress.com. But when I click on create a site and type that address in, WordPress says that is already taken. It is already taken by me, so I’m not sure what’s going on. Please help. Thank you! Jana Last

  I am sorry. It’s unfortunate that you ignored all the warnings and deleted the URL. You cannot register any deleted blog URL. One has to ignore at least three warnings stating that deletion is permanent and irreversible and then click a verification link in an email to delete a blog. http://en.support.wordpress.com/delete-site/

  That’s because deleted blog URLs are not recycled, regardless of who registered and deleted them and no exceptions are made. http://en.support.wordpress.com/recycling-blog-names/

  You can register another .wordpress.com blog here http://en.support.wordpress.com/register-a-blog/

  Then if you wish to you can register a domain via a domain mapping upgrade because it does not matter what the underlying .wordpress.com address is when you are domain mapping.
