I can’t create a username only!

    I have created a blog that I want to be a cooperative blog and I’d like the people I invite to be able to be editors in that blog, but as they already blog elsewhere, they don’t want to create a new blog with wordpress.com, just a username.
    It seems that it is totally impossible.
    I have tried to invite myself with my wordpress id to that blog, it has invited me but the new blog doesn’t appear in my list of blogs OR in the new blog…
    I am at a loss what to do

    Sorry, how stupid can one get? I was trying to create a username that contained uppercase, and that is why it didn’t work. If anyone wants to delete this, I won’t mind at all! ;)

    Oh, god. I got stuck for THREE DAYS when I first tried to use WordPress because of that.
