  I’m trying to create a blog, but the wordpress is telling me that my website name is already being used, but when i try to access this website, there’s a message telling me that the website does not exist

  I’m sorry but we cannot provide accurate answers to any blogger who fails to provide the exact URL starting with http:// for the exact blog they refer to so we can verify where it is hosted. Please do that now.

  Recovering or registering any deleted blog URL is not possible. Deleted blog URLs are not recycled, regardless of who registered and deleted them and no exceptions are made. http://en.support.wordpress.com/recycling-blog-names/
