I can't create my free blog on wordpress. Help.

  Hi, I already created several blogs on wordpress, but my new blog (biblepdf.wordpress.com) shows a message that it is private and that I should launch it, but then, when clicking on launch, only paid options appear, there is no free option, and in settings shows that my blog is private, but the area is shaded and I can’t access it to make it public.
  My other 8 free blogs work perfectly.
  I need help.
