  What step were you trying to do when this message came up?

  Did you try to use WordPress.com/new?

  Did you have any previous WordPress.com sites before?

  Clearing your browser’s cache and cookies, and updating your browser, might also help. Also try using a different browser.

  yes, i have WordPress.com sites before but then i delete it
  now i want to make a new site
